James – Thank you to all at Derby Servicesure regarding my recent experience, it’s not very often I feel compelled to write a review online but I cannot fault the level of customer service or the quality of the repair/ diagnosis regarding my BMW. A misfire fault that the ‘main dealer’ wrongly diagnosed as carbon build up/ blockage was found by Jim to be a broken control arm on the inlet manifold, which was found within a couple of hours of me dropping the car off! A fault that the ‘Main Dealer’ claimed would cost over £3000 for replacement parts was rectified by Derby Servicesure for a fraction of the cost and with a considerably more personal approach. Thank you all, and keep it up!
